A Few Words About Me

My main goal is to change people's lives through strength! I am an athlete that has competed in wrestling, powerlifting and obstacle course racing. I am always striving to learn more to make all of my athletes better.



Obstacle course training

He's knowlegable, experienced, and his commitment to his athletes is unparalled, he is always inspiring you to do your best, not to mention it's so much fun. Training with Coach Darell has encouraged me to push myself harder and helped me to get the results i've wanted.

  2. I highly recommend Coach Dansby for anyone who is just getting of the couch to start their fitness journey, to those who are stepping up their game for professional competition. This coach knows his stuff and knows how to bring out your best. I know because he took me from average gym goer to Spartan Elite in 3 months. Earning 6th place of 36 Elite OCR runners on my first competitive race. Coach Dansby doesn't just Coach, he leads you by example.

  3. When I first began training Coach D I was scared , I thought having a trainer was for the big boys . I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I actually made the decision to hire him as my trainer. The first couple weeks made me nervous but I did it. As he continued to coach me I continued to get stronger physically, mentally and emotionally. It is amazing what the body can do when you push it to your limits. I had no goal when it came to excercise /train but after a month of training with Coach D I had a plan to get stronger . 1 push up became 50, no pull-ups became 12, 1 5k became 40 and 1 OCR race became 11. I had no idea that this would be my life after 40. It was all because Coach D trained me and I worked hard and had faith in my ability to beat my goals. Whether you have one injury or mulitpule he can work around it. He will Coach you to your limit and push you to your next. Training is not always fun but with Coach D you never know why your gonna get! He is an amazing Coach and highly recommended him . You WONT regret it.

  5. Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey, or are looking to up your game, Coach D will get you to your goals! I have trained with him for about two years now and he is by far the best. He knows his stuff, on both nutrition and exercise, and will take the time to make sure you understand the whys of health and fitness. He will modify any exercise to your personal ability and will work around any injuries you have to get/keep you in the best shape possible. He will always answer any questions you may have and is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that you have all of the resources that you need to be successful.
